She asked questions of what i was looking for, type of stone, and design details. Soraya listened and didn't pressure me at all. Once we came up with the design, Soraya walked me through the process, helped me select the stones for the ring, and laid out time frames. Crest Jewellers list honesy, integrity, and quality as what they stand for. I can assure everyone that this is true. In my experience Soraya helped me pick between two stones for the ring and lead me to choose the smaller (less expensive) stone because of the colour and how it would work with the design. Soraya was 100% correct and the finished product is fantastic. I really couldn't have hoped for a better designed ring for my fiancé and I couldn't have had a better person then Soraya to help.
